任职要求：

- Good at Motors,Electrical components, Standard components as bearings, springs, wheels, gears, fittings, etc;
- Above 5 years experiences in sourcing;
- A do’er, can finish tasks in time, under budget and exceed quality expec-tation.
- Strong on planning and follow ups in order to ensure progresses in timely fashion;
- Technical education/engineering etc., good insight into engineering princi-ples, manufacturing processes and quality principles
- Good communication and negotiations skills;
- sourcing experience on international companies;
- Good analytical skills and problem solving skills;
- Analytic, structured, self-driven and open minded;
- Good PC skills, familiar with ERP system;
- Fluent English in oral and written;
- Good knowledge on HPW is plus;
- Project management experience is an advantage.

 

岗位职责：

- Focus on HPW Margin improvement project, all the categories listed below only belong to HPW.
- Manage and develop suppliers mainly in the following categories Motors;
- Electrical components;
- Standard components as bearings, springs, wheels, gears, fittings, etc)
- Take all possibilities into account on material cost saving, mainly three scope as following;
- Re-negotiation based on volume, localization, supplier consolidation or competitive new suppliers development;
- Cooperate with R&D on product value engineering and re-specification;
- Cooperate with R&D on new technology implementation, sourcing new suppliers with new technology.
- Identify and utilize opportunities of material savings on HPW;
- Responsible of facilitating supply agreements and other contracts;
- Assist in optimizing the sourcing functions locally as well as globally.
