Job Title: Production Manager

 

Functional Area：Molding/Assy

SUMMARY OF POSITION

 

Overall management with full responsibilities the molding workshop and activate all resource to achieve the sales target per month

全权管理生产车间,调动所有资源达成每月的销售目标

 

 

PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

· RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

1. in charge of  procedure update of production department , carry out  quality policy ,implement  related procedure document and safety regulation     

负责完善生产部的程序文件,贯彻公司质量方针,执行相关程序文件及安全规章制.

 

2、in charge of production plan reviewing and activate all resource to achieve the  production plan and balance the molding capacity

负责生产计划的复审,安排实施生产计划和均衡产能

3、in charge of quality reviewing of molded parts , involve quality  issue reviewing team to find out the root course and take action  

负责生产产品的品质审查,参与品质问题评估小组去找出根本原因并采取行动.

4、in charge of process change reviewing and approve the related documents

负责工艺更改的评估和批准相关的文件

5、in charge of monitor environment of molding workshop and achieve safety in production .

负责监督生产车间的生产环境、实现安全生产

6、in charge of deal the feedback and complain from other department

负责处理来自其他的反馈和投诉

7、in charge of headcount and OT reviewing of molding department

负责生产部人头数和加班时间的审核

8、Deal other job form top management

处理上级交待的其他工作

 

 

·KNOWLEDGE /SKILL/COMPETENCIES

 

1.      Good plan ,leadership and coordination skills

具有很强的计划,领导与协调的能力

 

2.      Mechanical or process qualification.

具备较强的机械或工艺方面的能力；

 

3.      Handle multiplied tasks and able to perform under stress.

能处理不同的任务和能承受压力

 

4.      English Spoken & Written)

英文说写流利；

 

5.      Microsoft Office.

办公软件熟练；

 

·TYPICAL WORKING EXPERIENCE &EDUCATION

 

1.   Above 10 years of experience working in molding industries. (Preferably with Automotive experience)

十年以上注塑行业工作经验(有汽车行业工作经验更佳)

 

2.   Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc and minimum 10 years of working experience in molding industries

机械工程或化学工程学历,至少有10年生产行业工作经验
